Packaging & Delivery

Packaging and delivery are the final stages of mouthguard production.
They protect the product during storage and shipment, ensure legal traceability, and deliver a premium brand experienceto both dentist and patient.

Even a perfectly made mouthguard loses value if delivered in poor packaging. This stage guarantees the same branded, professional presentation worldwide.

Objectives

• Protect the product during transport and handling.

• Provide full documentation of conformity and traceability.

• Deliver a consistent, premium brand experience across all labs.

Responsibilities

• Finishing Technician: Place product in primary case, prepare documentation.

• Packaging Operator: Assemble secondary packaging, check seals.

• Hundredjack SaaS: Generate Certificate of Conformity, log shipping details.

Procedure

1. Primary Packaging

• Place mouthguard in a sterile, Hundredjack-branded case.

• Case options:

  • Standard: transparent branded base case (default).

  • Premium: official Hundredjack case (optional, billed to dentist/patient).

• Add motivational insert (Hundredjack template, updated per batch).

• Ensure mouthguard is secured inside case to prevent movement.

2. Secondary Packaging

• Embed primary case in foam insert to prevent damage.

• Place insert inside a Hundredjack-branded external box.

• Seal with a tamper-evident label.

3. Documentation & Traceability

• Generate a Certificate of Conformity via SaaS, including:

  • Product ID.

  • Batch numbers of all materials used.

  • Responsible technician ID.

  • QC approval date and signature.

• Insert physical certificate in box.

• Store digital certificate in case file within SaaS.

4. Delivery Standards

• Dispatch products within 2 weeks of order confirmation (unless clinical notes specify exception).

• Use Hundredjack-approved logistics partners with full tracking.

• Upload dispatch details to SaaS:

  • Tracking code.

  • Dispatch date/time.

  • Logistics provider.

• Notify dentist automatically via SaaS upon dispatch.

Checks & Controls

• Packaging integrity verified before dispatch.

• Correct case type (standard vs. premium) included.

• Certificate of Conformity enclosed.

• Shipment registered in SaaS with tracking.

Output

At the end of this stage:

• A Hundredjack mouthguard is securely packaged, traceable, and ready for delivery to the dentist.

• Dentist receives shipment notification and tracking information.

Compliance Notes

• Missing certificate = automatic non-conformity.

• Shipment without SaaS log = suspension offense.

• Packaging that does not use official branded components = rejection of batch.
