Finishing Technician: Place product in primary case, prepare documentation.
Packaging Operator: Assemble secondary packaging, check seals.
Hundredjack SaaS: Generate Certificate of Conformity, log shipping details.
Place mouthguard in a sterile, Hundredjack-branded case.
Case options:
Standard: transparent branded base case (default).
Premium: official Hundredjack case (optional, billed to dentist/patient).
Add motivational insert (Hundredjack template, updated per batch).
Ensure mouthguard is secured inside case to prevent movement.
Embed primary case in foam insert to prevent damage.
Place insert inside a Hundredjack-branded external box.
Seal with a tamper-evident label.
Generate a Certificate of Conformity via SaaS, including:
Product ID.
Batch numbers of all materials used.
Responsible technician ID.
QC approval date and signature.
Insert physical certificate in box.
Store digital certificate in case file within SaaS.
Dispatch products within 2 weeks of order confirmation (unless clinical notes specify exception).
Use Hundredjack-approved logistics partners with full tracking.
Upload dispatch details to SaaS:
Tracking code.
Dispatch date/time.
Logistics provider.
Notify dentist automatically via SaaS upon dispatch.
Packaging integrity verified before dispatch.
Correct case type (standard vs. premium) included.
Certificate of Conformity enclosed.
Shipment registered in SaaS with tracking.
At the end of this stage:
A Hundredjack mouthguard is securely packaged, traceable, and ready for delivery to the dentist.
Dentist receives shipment notification and tracking information.
Missing certificate = automatic non-conformity.
Shipment without SaaS log = suspension offense.
Packaging that does not use official branded components = rejection of batch.
