  1. Customer Success / Support Hire

    • Focus: dentist onboarding, client support, issue resolution.

    • Deliverables:

      • Standard onboarding flow for new clinics (from account creation → first order).

      • Response time <24h for dentists and clinics.

      • Feedback loop established (collect recurring problems → report to Ops + Product).

  2. QA / Product Manager Hire

    • Focus: structured testing, product stability, milestone delivery.

    • Deliverables:

      • Formal QA checklist for SaaS + configurator.

      • Bug reporting and triage system live.

      • All major workflows tested before launch (payments, order placement, configurator).

  3. Lab Network Onboarding (Hundredjack Labs)

    • Focus: external production capacity.

    • Deliverables:

      • Finalized SOPs for mouthguard production (standardized across labs).

      • First 2 external labs certified and trained.

      • Quality audit system active (traceability, lot numbers, compliance).

  4. Marketing Expansion

    • Focus: early demand generation and brand credibility.

    • Deliverables:

      • Campaigns running in Italy + Estonia.

      • At least 3 new key partners signed (athletes, clubs, or influencers).

      • Active social channels with growing engagement.

  5. Ops Manager Continuation

    • Oversee dentist onboarding process.

    • Maintain reporting cadence across all hires.

    • Update documentation with QA processes, customer success playbooks, and lab SOPs.
