Structure → Ops/Program Manager runs execution so founders don’t drown in micro-management.
Rhythm → weekly syncs, reporting, onboarding playbook.
Principle: Money is fuel. Structure is the engine. If we have the engine, the car moves. If not, we just light the fuel on fire.
