Objective: Ensure Hundredjack is ready to execute immediately when funds arrive.
Finalize Execution Roadmap (this section)
Lock order of phases, hires, and milestones.
Define deliverables tied to each role.
Confirm timelines for Phase 1–4.
Validate Documentation (GitBook)
Documentation already exists (intro, core, market, operations, org/team, roadmap, finance, appendices).
Review and update to ensure it reflects current strategy and operations.
Integrate Execution Roadmap under Appendices.
Mark documentation as “execution-ready” for onboarding.
Ops/Program Manager Preparation
Identify and shortlist candidates.
Define job description: execution oversight, task board ownership, onboarding, documentation updates, weekly reporting.
Prepare contract and onboarding for immediate hire once funds are received.
Onboarding Framework
Standard process for every hire:
Vision Talk (Founders): mission, culture, expectations.
Documentation Walkthrough (Ops): where to find info, rules of execution.
Role-Specific Deliverables: clear 30-day milestone.
Weekly Ops Check-ins: track progress, clear blockers.
Documentation Ownership
Responsibility for keeping documentation updated transfers to Ops Manager once hired.
Documentation becomes the living reference for all new hires and processes.
Monthly audit required to keep it aligned with execution.
Documentation is complete. The Execution Roadmap is an appendix that ties money → hires → milestones. Ops Manager will own keeping it updated. By the time money arrives, Hundredjack must have:
A clear Execution Roadmap inside the documentation.
A validated and current documentation set.
An identified Ops hire.
A ready onboarding framework.
